APRIL NEWSLETTER
A lot is happening in the coming weeks, and this newsletter is packed with important updates, reminders, and opportunities you won’t want to miss. Please take a few minutes to read through everything carefully.
ACCOUNT BALANCES
- All account balances must be paid in full in order to receive your Spring Recital Ticket code to purchase tickets.
- If your dancer is auditioning for the 25-26 competition teams, your account balance must be paid in full to be eligible to audition.
2025 SUMMER CLASSES
- Want to dance with us from June 3 – June 26? We are offering a 4-week session for dancers ages 2-10!
- Please visit our Summer Schedule page for class offerings, pricing, dates, and enrollment information.
- Current family enrollment for summer classes only will begin online April 7 at 5:30 pm and close April 11 at 5:30 pm.
SPRING RECITALS AND CLASS ATTENDANCE
- Students who acquire more than 3 absences (per class) now through May 9 may not be allowed to participate in the Spring Recital Performances (illness and weather-related absences do not count).
- Please communicate all absences to cpac@cpac-dance.com.
SPRING RECITAL PERFORMANCE INFORMATION
- Spring Recital Dates: May 16, 17 & 18. For recital breakdowns, please click here. (Please note this is not the show order for each performance)
- Dress Rehearsal Week: May 12 – May 15, detailed information will be handed out in classes week of April 7 – 11!
- We are excited to announce SilverBox Photographers will take photos again this year during dress rehearsal week. Details to follow closer to dress rehearsal.
SPRING RECITAL TICKET SALES INFORMATION
Spring Recital ticket purchases will be online only again this year. 4 tickets per family performing in each show will go on sale Electronically with your family code beginning Friday, April 11 at 5:00 pm and closing Monday, May 5 at 4:00 pm. Tickets are $20 each, and this includes the electronic processing fee.
Each family performing in each performance will receive an email (multiple emails if you are in multiple shows) with a code specific to your family to purchase up to your 4 tickets for the performance. The email will be from Columbia Performing Arts Centre: noreply@jackrabbittech.com. Please check your junk folders and your inbox. All codes/emails will be sent no later than Thursday, April 10.
All codes not utilized and all remaining tickets for each performance will go on sale electronically on Monday, May 5, at 5:00 pm.
2025-2026 COMPETITION AUDITIONS
Mark your calendars for 2025-2026 Competition Team Audition Dates!! Information packet & registration forms will be available beginning Monday, April 7. Email competition@cpac-dance.com to request further information.
