Policies and General Information

• Summer tuition must be paid in full at the time of registration. CPAC does not offer refunds. CPAC will apply a credit only to account if a student withdraws or a class is canceled due to not meeting minimum enrollment. 
• All classes are subject to a minimum enrollment: 8 students in toddler, 10 students in Movement, 12 students in Dance I, 12 students in Dance II, 12 students in Ballet Intro, 12 students in Jazz Intro, and 12 students in Tap Intro or the class will be canceled.
• No refunds. Refunds will be granted for documented moving or documented medical circumstances only.
• Dancers MUST be toilet trained to be enrolled in classes except for Toddlers.
• Liability Disclaimer: CPAC and the instructors are not liable for personal injuries, and/or loss of our damage to personal property.
