Inclement Weather Policy

The Winter months are upon us and that brings the possibility of severe weather and cancelled classes.  We do NOT automatically cancel classes when Columbia Public Schools does.  We try to make our decisions about cancellations by 1:00pm.  We will notify local TV and radio stations when cancellations occur.  We will also send out EMAIL to everyone when classes are cancelled.  Make sure we have your email on file so that you don’t miss any important information.  To receive text message alerts regarding cancellations and closings, text CPACDANCE to 84483 for updates.

Weekly Attendance for Performing Classes

Students who acquire more than 3 absences (per class) from January 26th through May 7th may not be allowed to participate in the Spring Performances.
