These programs are designed to prepare dancers for the Competitive Ensemble Group at CPAC. Any dancer age 11 or older who is not on the Ensemble is ineligible to participate in Troupe but IS eligible to audition for CPAC REC. ALL dancers ages 4 – 10 must audition each year for Troupe or MiniTroop consideration. Non-CPAC students who are interested are MORE than welcome to audition!!!
Contact Lindsey Jenks at competition@cpac-dance.com with questions or visit our Competition page for registration forms or additional information.
*All ages are as of January 1, 2017*
Mini Troop (Registration deadline: April 7, 2016)
These beginning dancers are typically between the ages of 4 and 6. They train for two hours per week and attend two competitions per year. This is a great way to learn about how competition works with a small time commitment. Auditions are Friday April 8th from 5:30-7:00pm!
Troupe (Registration deadline: April 11, 2016)
These beginning and intermediate dancers are typically between the ages of 6 and 10. They train for three to four hours per week and attend two competitions per year. Because these dancers are slightly older, they are able to experience a bit more training each week than our MiniTroop. Auditions are Tuesday April 12th from 6:15-7:15pm (Tap) AND Wednesday April 13th from 4:15-5:45pm (Jazz).
Ensemble
(Ages 7-12 Registration Deadline: April 11, 2016)
(Ages 13-18 Registration Deadline: March 11, 2016)

Ensemble members are required to take ballet and jazz classes weekly (tap is optional but encouraged). They typically attend 4-6 competitions each year as well as 2-3 conventions. For additional information, please email competition@cpac-dance.com. Multiple auditions are required.
